In the Global environment, each network may have to support diverse voice, data, image and other requirements associated with numerous applications. Each application may have differing levels of service requirements in terms of network availability, latency, redundancy, etc. Further, the network often interconnects sites in countries with a wide variety of telecom infrastructures, market environments and regulatory restrictions. Our clients require that their global network must be highly reliable, fault tolerant and robust. The network must also be designed to be cost-effectively scaleable. Working closely with our clients' in-house staff, we apply our experience of global technologies, products and services to achieve operating improvements in global telecommunications environments. This includes strategic planning and market assessment for telecom products/services; network design; network implementation and integration; network operations; planning and conducting network analyses; and negotiating contracts for global telecom networks. We work collaboratively with the client team to clearly articulate existing and anticipated international networking requirements. We design the optimal network topology for the most efficient and cost effective global systems. We then assist our clients with the complex process of global telecom procurement with the preparation of an RFP, evaluation of vendor responses, contract negotiation, and the management of vendor implementation.
